so a new book is out by the "hamburger america" guy, and it is called, wait for it... "hamburger america." looks good though.
also, i told one of the partners at bond art + science about our little club and they emphatically recommended resto. load her in the chamber!
also, i tried the much-heralded burger at new alphabet city hotspot back 40. my review: "eh." i mean, it was WAY better than piano's, but i figured that burger would suck. this back 40 burger comes all hyped up, but doesn't really explode brains... not bad, just not incredible.
